I recentley had a radio installed at Pearl Soundz 3 and have had nothing but a headache. Incident = I paid 180 dollars for my radio to be installed with the wiring harness that would let me keep my onstar and door chimes on my car. The gave me the wrong harness which disabled my onstar. I complained that day they said that to come back in a few days and they would fix it. I came back almost a week later and the installer was sick they said he be in at 12 so i waited in the area for 2 hours 12 oclock came and they said he wouldnt be making it in. I came back almost a week later and they said they had the wrong harness so I came back almost a week later and the installer was a no show Of course they told me to wait 2 hours they would not refund my money nor would they reimburse me for my time wasted and my money spent
Damage Resulting =  I drove  27 minutes   /   19.62 miles 6 times wasted over 8 hours of my time when it would have been better to go to another shop that could have done it right the first time

If your in cleveland and your looking to have a system or radio alarms etc i do not recommend Pearl Soundz 3 

I recommend that if you want the job done right the first time you will go to advanced mobile toys
